  • The Overall Habit Score is the total score of all habits recorded using the Loop Habit Tracker.
  • The habits “Clean Diet”, “Timely Sleep”, and “Regular Exercise” are shown as examples, each with a maximum score of 100. Their data is also sourced from Loop Habit Tracker.
